There is nothing wrong with a cheap Espresso Machine if you know how to use it and get around. I’m not professional, nor this video. I just want to show people how you can have fun making Espresso at home at very low cost. Basic Ingredient: Coffee, Milk, Chocolate Syrup. More foam? use Whole Milk. Tools: Espresso Machine (Mr.Coffee ECM250), Coffee Tamper, Homemade Can-raiser, Milk container, Shot Glass, Wet Towel. Note: 1 shot = 1.5oz (usually for 1 person) Remember: – Always use distill water (forgot to mention in video). – MUST use a coffee tamper! – Wait for water to get real hot before inserting coffee. – Clean nozzle RIGHT AWAY after steaming the milk. – Always release the pressure after used by opening the nozzle.

This particular unit was removed from a high volume restaurant and catering hall. It was originally manufactured on 11-27-2000. We finished rebuilding this unit 11-6-2010. We disassembled the machine down to the frame and replaced: – Rotary Pump – Main Group Gasket & screen – Water inlet valve – Both group head solenoid valves – Sight glass sealing gaskets – Pressure stat – Vacuum Breaker Valve Every tube and reservoir has been descaled and all steam & hot water valves were completely disassembled and rebuilt. The expansion valve has been completely disassembled and rebuilt as well, along with the manual boiler fill valve. The machine is completely polished and makes a truly unbelievable coffee, better than MANY of the machines being introduced even today. This machine has two brew groups, two steam wands, one extra long. The valves are quick-throw on off, and deliver maximum steam instantly. 1 hot water spout located in the middle.
